At the 12th Expanded Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Nondestructive Testing Branch of the Chinese Mechanical Engineering Society in 2024, a proposal to establish the "Battery and Semiconductor Field Testing Conference (originally a specialized committee)" was jointly put forward by Dr. Xiang Yong, Chairman of Qingneng Bocang (Zhuhai) Technology Co., Ltd., Researcher Shen Yongna from the China Special Equipment Inspection and Research Institute, Secretary-General Ji Jingyuan of the Secretariat of the Nondestructive Testing Branch of the Chinese Mechanical Engineering Society, Researcher Zhong Yingying from the Defense Technology Research and Test Center of China Aerospace Science and Industry Corporation, Teacher Han Yunbing from the team of Academician Ouyang Minggao of Tsinghua University, Teacher Tian Jinghua from the team of Academician Tian Zhongqun of Xiamen University, and Teacher Jiang Kelin from the team of Kang Feiyu at Tsinghua University Shenzhen Graduate School. After careful deliberation and voting by the conference and the board of directors, the proposal was finally approved. Dr. Xiang Yong, the company's chairman, was appointed as the chairman of the conference, marking a solid step forward in the research and application of testing technology in the fields of new energy and semiconductors in China.
